The unanimous opinion among those who attended my courses was that the morning activities were magical, light, and transformative. Many people said that if the course ended at the lunch break, the day would have already been perfect. Of course, the afternoon session was highly anticipated by everyone, but what made the morning so special?
- Introduction among participants: an essential moment to create connection and a sense of belonging;
- Active Meditation: I loved starting the course with Heart Chakra Meditation (link), but it could be another meditation as well. At that moment, I would already start introducing elements that would be important for tantric massages;
- Group dynamics with Sensitive Massage: a very special moment because, instead of forming pairs, the idea was for groups of 3 to 4 people to exchange this gentle massage, with one person receiving while the others performed the massage. It is INCREDIBLE to receive this massage from more than one person at the same time! I also loved participating, sometimes I would even join a group myself!
On days when the groups were mixed, that is, with massage exchanges predominantly between men and women, there was a common realization among the men, who were mostly heterosexual: their hand was still there, nothing had changed, not a single drop of their masculinity was lost just because another man had touched them gently. On the contrary, the touch, a light, respectful, and even pleasurable touch, opened up new sensations during both receiving and giving the massage.
When there was a group with more women and only one man, I would integrate him with men who had already participated in a previous course.
Notes:
- Women could exchange massages with each other if they informed me of this desire or were open to the possibility in the absence of a male participant;
- Exchanges between men took place exclusively in a course specifically designed for men.
In total, I conducted 63 courses between 2016 and 2017 in the cities of Florianópolis, Brasília, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.
